ShreeLabs provides both digital software services and marketplace solutions. Delivery of products may include physical goods supplied by registered local shop owners and digital services provided directly by ShreeLabs.
Orders placed through the Local Shop Finder platform are fulfilled and delivered by the respective registered shop owner or their authorized delivery personnel.
Delivery services are available only in locations where registered partner shops operate. Availability may differ from one locality to another.
Digital products, subscriptions, and software services offered by ShreeLabs are delivered electronically. Access is typically provided immediately or within one business day after successful payment verification.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before order confirmation. Charges may vary depending on the shop, delivery distance, order value, and promotional offers.
Delivery may fail if the provided address is incorrect, the customer is unavailable, or delivery cannot be completed for operational reasons. In such cases, the customer may be contacted for further assistance.
Where supported by the platform, customers can view the current status of their orders from their account dashboard.
