This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for products and services offered by ShreeLabs.
Orders placed through Local Shop Finder are fulfilled by independent shop owners. Cancellation requests should be made before the shop begins processing the order.
Once an order has been accepted or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund requests may be considered under the following situations:
Subscription or premium service payments made to ShreeLabs for software services are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated unless required by applicable law.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
Payments are securely processed using authorized payment gateway providers such as Razorpay.
